How long does an order take?
Most rings are sized and shipped within a few days. Bespoke commissions take a little longer, and we confirm the timeline with you first.
How is my order shipped?
Every order is sent tracked and fully insured, in discreet packaging with no branding on the outside. You will receive tracking details as soon as it leaves our workshop.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Delivery is free worldwide, tracked and insured, in discreet packaging with no branding on the outside.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Write to us with your order number as soon as you can. If your piece has not been sized and finished yet we can usually update details. Bespoke commissions can only change before production starts.
How do I know my ring size?
Use the size guide linked on every product page, or send us a wrap of thread around your finger and we will confirm it for you.
What if it does not fit?
Write to us with your order number and the size you need, and our workshop will help you get the right fit.
Where are your rings made?
Every ring is cut and set in our own workshop, not bought in from a wholesaler. That is how we keep prices honest with no middleman in between.
Can I get a certificate for the stone?
Yes. Request lab certification when you order and we arrange it before your piece ships.
Why does my stone look slightly different from the photo?
Every stone is natural, so colour and shape vary slightly from the photographs — that is the nature of a real gemstone.
Which metals can I choose?
Every ring can be made in silver, yellow gold, white gold, rose gold or two-tone. Choose your metal on the product page before adding to cart.
Can I have my ring engraved?
Yes, hand or laser engraving is available on most bands. Add your text at checkout or mention it when you place a bespoke order. Engraved pieces cannot be returned.
Can I use my own stone or an heirloom piece?
Yes. Send us a photo of the stone or piece and we will advise on resetting it, then quote before any work starts.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Engraved and bespoke commissions are made specifically for you and are final sale.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, PayPal and Apple Pay at checkout, or bank transfer on request. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, instalment payment is available at checkout on eligible orders. You will see the option before you confirm payment.
