How long does an order take?
Most rings are sized and shipped within a few days. Bespoke commissions take longer — typically 7 to 12 days from approved design to shipping — and we confirm the timeline with you before we start.
How is my order shipped?
Every order is sent tracked and fully insured, in discreet packaging with no branding on the outside. You will receive tracking details as soon as it leaves our workshop.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Delivery is free worldwide, tracked and insured, in discreet packaging with no branding on the outside.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Write to us with your order number as soon as you can. If your piece has not been sized and finished yet we can usually update details. Bespoke commissions can only change before production starts.

How do I know my ring size?
Use the size guide linked on every product page, or send us a wrap of thread around your finger and we will confirm it for you.
What if my ring does not fit?
Write to us with your order number and the size you need, and our workshop will help you get the right fit.
Stones & Certificates
Can I get a certificate for the stone?
Yes. Request lab certification when you order and we arrange it before your piece ships.
Why does my stone look slightly different from the photo?
Every stone is natural, so colour and shape vary slightly from the photographs — that is the nature of a real gemstone.
Metals & Custom Orders
Which metals can I choose?
Every ring can be made in silver, yellow gold, white gold, rose gold or two-tone. Choose your metal on the product page before adding to cart.
Can I have my ring engraved?
Yes, hand or laser engraving is available on most bands. Add your text at checkout or mention it when you place a bespoke order. Engraved pieces cannot be returned.
How much does a custom ring cost?
It depends on the metal, stone and setting — most pieces land between $150 and $2,000. Fill in the custom order form with your budget range and we will design within it.
Returns & Payments
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Engraved and bespoke commissions are made specifically for you and are final sale.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, instalment payment is available at checkout on eligible orders. You will see the option before you confirm payment.
