What can be returned
You can return a ready-made piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is:
- Unworn and undamaged.
- In its original packaging, with any certificate that came with it.
- Not engraved, resized at your request, or made to order.
What cannot be returned
- Bespoke and custom-designed rings.
- Engraved pieces.
- Rings resized or altered at your request.
- Sale items marked as final sale.
How to start a return
Email hello@gemswears.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We reply with the return address and packing instructions. Ship the piece tracked and insured; return shipping is free for unworn pieces. Once we have checked the piece, we refund you to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your ring does not fit
Write to us with your order number and the size you need, and our workshop will help you get the right fit. One resize is free within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or faulty pieces
Every ring is checked by hand before it leaves our workshop. If something is wrong when your piece arrives, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
